Foods that boost your energy level

Foods can play a big role in boosting up your energy level. The foods rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants give a lot of energy to our body. A wide range of vegetable and fruits help you regain energy and enhance the ability of your body to function. To avoid fatigue and stress and live with the fullest zeal and enthusiasm it is wise to include energy giving foods in your diet.

Almonds are extremely rich in Vitamin E and Magnesium and store house of powerful antioxidants. It also contains monounsaturated fats that are wonderful for heart; apart from this its calcium is great for healthy bone and teeth. Almonds help to improve the level of metabolism and maintain normal blood pressure.
